To submit a suggestion, you must complete your personal information in full. This information is important for evaluating your suggestion and contacting you. You can submit your suggestion by filling in the relevant section in detail. Mandatory fields are indicated with an “*” symbol.

It is not mandatory to share your personal information when submitting a complaint. However, if you provide your contact information, feedback regarding the evaluation of your complaint can be given within 10 days. The target for completing the complaint evaluation process is within 60 working days.

Our products are manufactured in a traceable manner from raw material suppliers to the loading port and ultimately to the end user. In this way, we aim to enhance our sustainability by creating a positive impact throughout the life cycle.
