Nos installations de chantier naval

Our shipyard features Block Manufacturing Workshops No. 3 and 4, a Cutting Workshop, and two slipways measuring 120×20 and 200×65 meters, equipped with portal slipway cranes of 2×40 and 2×150 capacities.

Les installations de fabrication comprennent 1 atelier de peinture de blocs, 1 découpe de plaques, 2 fabrications de tuyaux, 2 fabrications de blocs, 1 atelier de sablage/peinture et 6 ateliers de fabrication aériens. Notre quai d'armement, protégé par un brise-lames, sert à l'armement des navires mis à l'eau.

Production Capacity & Built Vessels

In order to increase production by shortening shipbuilding times, an infrastructure investment of 220 Million USD was made in our shipyard, aiming to reach a total annual ship capacity of 200,000 DWT in 2009.

Currently, 1 dry cargo vessel of 5,000 DWT (within the scope of the TÜRK YILDIZI project) is on the production line at the İÇDAŞ shipyard for delivery within 2013; between 2006 and 2013, 2 chemical tankers of 20,000 DWT, 2 of 7,000 DWT, 2 of 5,800 DWT, 1 dry cargo vessel of 3,700 DWT, 1 tugboat with 65 tons towing capacity, 1 barge, and various service boats have been manufactured and commissioned.
