According to Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) regulations, all commercial, industrial, and residential subscribers whose annual electricity consumption exceeds the Eligible Consumer Limit have the right to freely choose their electricity supplier.
What is an Eligible Consumer?
An Eligible Consumer is a real or legal person who consumes electricity above the annual electricity consumption limit updated annually by EPDK, thereby gaining the right to purchase electricity from the supplier company of their choice under discounted and more favorable terms through bilateral agreements.
