İÇDAŞ Sustainability and Excellence System
To serve all these purposes, we utilize a methodology developed in-house within İÇDAŞ, defined as the “Sustainability and Excellence System”. Through this company-wide management model, our business and human processes are managed in the most effective manner.
With this management model—which includes numerous high-level trainings contributing to our employees' development and creating value and distinction—we prepare our polar stars, the change leaders of the future, for tomorrow. At the core of our management model lies the objective of creating added value for our employees and customers.

Lean Production and Management Approaches
Management through long-term strategic goals and annual business plans, process-based management, management via individual performance targets aligned with strategies, alongside lean production philosophies and techniques, are actively utilized.
Core tools applied in our processes include: VSM, SMED, KAIZEN, KOBETSU KAIZEN, MAJOR KAIZEN, 5S, MAKIGAMI, ASAKAI, KANBAN, POKA YOKE, ISHIKAWA, 5N-1K, and WHY-WHY ANALYSIS. Additionally, instead of the 16 losses in traditional lean manufacturing, the 35 major losses approach has been adopted.
