Pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, our aim is to inform you in the most transparent manner about how your personal data is obtained, the purposes of processing, parties with whom data is shared, legal grounds and your rights.

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data is collected and processed by İÇDAŞ ÇELİK ENERJİ TERSANE VE ULAŞIM SANAYİ A.Ş. (the COMPANY) as data controller within the scope described below.
b) Categories of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
Personal data collected from customers, employees, potential customers, job applicants, officials and employees of public institutions, business partners and suppliers is processed for purposes including provision of products and services, fulfilment of legal obligations, finance and procurement operations, marketing activities, management of legal operations, evaluation of official requests, corporate governance, information security, business continuity and risk management.
Main categories of personal data processed include identity information, location/GPS data, risk management information, customer information, contact information, information on family members and relatives, employee information, benefits information, legal transaction and compliance information, incident management information and visual/audio data.
c) Recipients and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the fulfilment of the processing purposes stated above, to business partners, customers, domestic and foreign affiliates, shareholders, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private law persons.
ç) Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required for the purposes for which it is processed and within the periods required by legal obligations.
d) Your Rights as Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the COMPANY you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under Article 7,
- Object to adverse results from exclusively automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damage due to unlawful processing.
